Care Instructions for Signature Air Bamboo™

• Can be hand wash or machine wash
• Turn inside out before wash. For extra care, put into laundry bag for machine wash
• Gentle wash cycle with water below 30°c is recommended
• Do not use bleach or dryer as it may damage the Air Bamboo™.

Shipping and Delivery

• We make it our priority to pack and prepare your orders within 24 hours of your purchase. We offer Free Standard shipping for all purchase! It takes 3 to 5 business days.
• Express shipping ($10) which takes 1 to 2 business days.

Returns

• All items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Faulty or Damaged Items – If you have received a defective or damaged product please contact us at ellymilley@gmail.com and we can help you with the process. Please take note of the tracking on your return parcel and keep a copy of your proof of shipment. We cannot process a return without physical goods.

 If the item shows sign of wear and tear, we will not provide an exchange of return.

Postage Costs – For the return of faulty item, there will be a refund for the return postage. You will have to send over the copy of the receipt.
