How do I earn EMbassador points?
You earn welcome points when you sign up for an account with us, follow us on socials, celebrate your birthday, and make a purchase.
We’d also love to engage with you on socials to reward bonus points!
What types of social media engagement count towards points, and how do you track them?
Earn points by tagging us on Instagram @ellymilley in your posts or stories featuring Elly Milley products.
Please ensure your post is public for us to verify and credit your points. Kindly drop us a Instagram direct message with your registered email, and we’ll add 50 bonus points.
How do I refer a friend?
It’s easy to share the comfort of Elly Milley with friends and earn rewards!
Just click on the Rewards button at the bottom right of the screen and locate your unique referral code. Share this code with your friend, and when they make their first purchase, both of you will receive $5 off! Your friend will apply the code at checkout, and you’ll see your reward reflected in your account.
How can I check my EMbassador point balance?
Log in to your EMbassador account, then click the “Rewards” section (gift icon at the bottom right) to view your current balance and available rewards.
Do points expire?
Yes, points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. To keep your points active, make at least one purchase or engage in any other point-earning activity during this period.
Can I combine points with other promotions?
Absolutely! Points can be redeemed alongside other discounts and promotions for even more savings on your order.
Is there a minimum purchase amount to use my points?
There is no minimum purchase requirement. You’re welcome to apply your points on any order, big or small.
Do I earn points on items purchased with a discount?
Yes! You earn points on all purchases, even discounted items. It’s our way of saying thank you every time you shop.
