We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind. All sales items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Faulty or Damaged Items – If you have received a defective or damaged product please contact us at email@example.com and we can help you with the process. Please take note of the tracking on your return parcel and keep a copy of your proof of shipment. We cannot process a return without physical goods.
If the item shows sign of wear and tear, we will not provide an exchange of return.
Postage Costs – For the return of faulty item, there will be a refund for the return postage. You will have to send over the copy of the receipt.
Colour/Image Disclaimer – Please be assured we do our best to provide the closest image and description possible. However, with different device screen settings, the actual colour may vary slightly from your screen. Once you confirm the order, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be slight variation in the actual image versus the representation on our website.
