- Turn inside out before wash. For extra care, put into laundry bag for machine wash
- Gentle wash cycle with water below 30°c is recommended
- Do not use bleach or dryer as it may damage the Air Bamboo™.

- We make it our priority to pack and prepare your orders within 24 hours of your purchase. We offer Free Standard shipping for all purchase! It takes 3 to 5 business days.
- Express shipping ($10) which takes 1 to 2 business days.
Returns
- All items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
- In the unlikely event that you have received a defective or damaged product please contact us at hello@ellymilley.com and we can help you with the process.
We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind. All sales items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Faulty or Damaged Items – If you have received a defective or damaged product please contact us at ellymilley@gmail.com and we can help you with the process. Please take note of the tracking on your return parcel and keep a copy of your proof of shipment. We cannot process a return without physical goods.
If the item shows sign of wear and tear, we will not provide an exchange of return.
Postage Costs – For the return of faulty item, there will be a refund for the return postage. You will have to send over the copy of the receipt.

In the early newborn days these swaddles were a little too big for him and didn’t really work. Now he is 2 months old and these are the only swaddles that work for him! I bought an extra one because they have become so useful for naps and bedtime. The material is soft and cooling - good for SG weather. Size S is quite snug on him right now but it’s working well at the moment. Will be buying a size up soon.
Fast delivery and the material is very soft. Hopefully baby likes it too.
